Fact: Exercise is something that is good for you. A healthy body means a healthy mind and vice versa. A healthy diet and regular exercise gives people a better quality of life. However, all work and no play is a bit boring and I think it’s still important to let your hair down sometimes and have fun. Everything in moderation.
