Losing weight and being generally healthier improves health problems, gives us more energy and helps us to live longer. Surely it’s logical to get yourself fit and healthy! Different foods supply us with different vitamins and nutrients to help prevent our bodies from illness, being unfit and being generally unhealthy.

Routine is an important factor when wanting to lose weight. A reasonable workout that you can follow gets you into routine. It’s about finding sport that you like that you can do forever. Replacing unhealthy foods with healthier choice everyday is also key. This means spending more time organising and preparing meals. NO EXTRA PORTIONS! Getting rid of foods you can’t resist in the house eliminates any chance of falling back in to unhealthy habits.

Changing your attitude towards food can be a really hard step, but could change your life forever. A huge part of losing weight is believing you can do it and realising it’s not going to happen overnight.
